1. Information We Collect

When you use Loup Studio (accessible at loup.media), we collect the minimum necessary data to provide high-quality speech synthesis and account services:

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, password hash, and subscription tier handled securely via Supabase Auth.
  • Manuscripts & Text Inputs: Text prompts and scripts submitted for audio synthesis.
  • Reference Audio Samples: Audio recordings uploaded specifically to create custom Zero-Shot voice clones.
  • Usage Telemetry: Character consumption, credit usage, and generation timestamps to calculate your monthly allowances.
  • Analytics: We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure visits and ad performance.

2. Voice Cloning Security & Biometric Data

We treat voice samples with maximum sensitivity. When you upload reference audio to clone a voice:

Workspace Isolation: Your cloned voice models are private to your workspace. No other user can access, preview, or generate with your cloned models.
No Foundation Model Training: We do never utilize your reference voice recordings or generated takes to train general public AI foundation models.
Consent Requirement: You warrant that you have full legal consent and authorization to upload any voice used for cloning.

3. Commercial Rights & Audio Licensing

You retain 100% ownership and worldwide commercial rights to all audio files rendered on Loup Studio:

  • Royalty-Free Distribution: Use your generated audio in monetized YouTube channels, TikToks, podcasts, video games, television, and commercial client productions without paying royalties.
  • Audiobook & ACX Compliance: Audio exported at 48kHz WAV meets commercial distribution specs for Audible, ACX, and major digital audio publishers.
  • No Attribution Required: You are not required to credit Loup Studio in your video descriptions or audio credits.

4. 15-Day File Retention & Automated Cleanup Policy

To safeguard user privacy and prevent server storage accumulation, Loup Studio enforces an automated retention policy:

• Generated Voiceover Audio Files: Stored on our temporary high-speed delivery CDN for 15 days from the generation timestamp. After 15 days, physical audio files are permanently purged automatically. Please download your finished voiceovers promptly to your local storage.

• Cloned Voice Profiles: Your cloned voice models and reference embeddings remain active and safely preserved in your private library indefinitely until you explicitly delete them.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with trusted enterprise cloud infrastructure providers to run Loup Studio:

  • Supabase: Encrypted database and authentication hosted on AWS in SOC2-compliant facilities.
  • Acoustic Processing Endpoints: Secure processing nodes that synthesize speech with in-flight TLS 1.3 encryption.
  • Payment Gateways: Payments and billing are processed directly by certified payment partners; Loup Studio never stores full credit card numbers on our servers.
