Commercial Freedom

Full commercial rights granted for YouTube monetization, audiobooks, and client deliverables.

Voice Authorization

You must own or have legal consent for any voice sample uploaded for voice cloning.

Transparent Credits

1 character equals 1 credit with no hidden multipliers across up to 300k characters per session.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Loup Studio (accessible at loup.media), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Commercial Rights & Audio Licensing

Upon successful generation of audio on Loup Studio, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free commercial license to:

Commercial Monetization: Monetize audio takes in YouTube video essays, TikToks, Instagram Reels, Twitch streams, and commercial podcasts.
Commercial Media Distribution: Publish and sell audiobooks on Audible/ACX, broadcast television, radio commercials, feature films, and video games.
Client Deliverables: Deliver finished voiceovers to agency clients, educational institutions, or corporate video customers with full transfer of rights.

Note: You retain full intellectual property ownership of your submitted text scripts and custom cloned models.

3. Voice Cloning & Ethical Use Policy

Zero-Shot Voice Cloning is a powerful production tool that must be used responsibly. You expressly agree not to:

  • Upload audio of any individual without their explicit legal consent or authorization.
  • Generate deceptive deepfakes, synthetic political misinformation, or defamatory content.
  • Impersonate law enforcement, government officials, or financial institutions.
  • Produce content that promotes hate speech, violence, harassment, or illegal activities.

Violations of our ethical voice policy will result in immediate termination of your workspace with zero refund.

4. Credit System & Session Capacity

Our billing and generation capacity operates on clear, predictable rules:

  • 1 Character = 1 Credit: Credit deduction equals the exact number of characters synthesized. Spaces and punctuation are counted accurately without multipliers.
  • Automatic Script Splitting: Long scripts split automatically — best results chapter by chapter.
  • Monthly Renewal: Subscription credits refresh at each billing cycle. Unused promotional credits do not roll over unless specified in enterprise contracts.

5. 15-Day Storage & Retention Responsibility

Loup Studio is an active production studio and not a permanent cloud backup host:

Generated audio files are stored for 15 calendar days from the generation timestamp, after which they are permanently deleted from our active media servers. It is the creator's responsibility to download and backup finished master audio to their local production storage. Cloned voice profiles remain safe indefinitely.

6. Limitation of Liability

Loup Studio provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In no event shall Loup Studio, its directors, or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from audio production downtime or third-party platform monetization disputes.
